Now it seems the stars don’t want to leave. In fact, some are even swapping their Hollywood homes for life in Berlin.

The low-key two-storey property is located in the scenic Tiergarten district of the city, which is famous for its large parks, tree-lined avenues and neoclassical churches. Surrounded by gardens, the villa is a secluded urban oasis, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Berlin streets.

With its gourmet restaurants, fabulous bars and luxury hotels Berlin is an excellent – and affordable – place to visit for a short city-break.
