Ski with an Olympian at the 2010 Games

Avid skiers are being given the chance to ‘Ski with an Olympian’ at the heart of the 2010 Olympic Games by Four Seasons Resort Whistler.

Whistler is the setting of the Alpine skiing events at the Games hosted by Vancouver 12-28 February, and the Four Seasons’ exclusive three-night package offers guests the opportunity to hit the slopes with current and former Olympians.

Each session will be tailored to meet the individual needs of every guest, from improving their technique to getting to grips with their speed, and athletes scheduled to take part include World Cup champion and speed record-holder Cary Mullen, and three-time winter Olympian Erik Schlopy. The offer, which is being run in partnership with luxury golf and ski outfitter Best Of Both, also includes access to the VIP lounge to watch the day’s races, and a VIP lift line priority. What’s more, guests can take advantage of fine mountainside dining and enjoy the resort’s luxury spa facilities.

The Ski with an Olympian package starts at CAD $2,010 (about ?1,200) per person, and can also be booked as an add-on activity through the hotel’s concierge.
