Ski in private

The ultra-luxurious Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is offering something a little different to its guests this ski season – their very own private ski slope.

Exclusive to hotel guests only, the private mountain special offer is available to skiers on 27 November – the first Saturday of the ski season – and will ensure guests avoid the usual ski lift queues.

Skiers will also be able to take full advantage of the private transport up to the slopes on the hotel’s Tschuggen Express – Europe’s first ski monorail. When guests reach the slopes they can head down one of the ten red and black pistes or, if they’re feeling a little more daring, try their hand at the giant slalom.

The offer includes a gourmet dinner on the Saturday evening and brunch on the following Sunday and when guests want to warm up after a hard day skiing, they can relax at the hotel’s Tschuggen Bergoase spa, which is considered to be one of the best spas in the Swiss Alps.

The Tschuggen Grand Hotel, Arosa’s Private Mountain package is available for the first Saturday of the winter season, 27 November 2010 for two nights from €419 per person. For more information see
