While crowds flock to London’s National Gallery this November to see a reproduction of Leonardo da Vinci’s The Last Supper, a five-star hotel is offering guests exclusive access to the real thing in its native city.

Milan’s Principe di Savoia – a sister hotel of the Dorchester – has put together a Renaissance Art Package that includes two night’s accommodation and a visit to the 15th-century Santa Maria delle Grazie church to view one of the world’s most seminal mural paintings, accompanied by an art expert. In addition, guests receive an exclusive cookery class with executive chef Fabrizio Cadei followed by dinner at the hotel’s restaurant Acanto, free entry into Pinacoteca di Brera – which has one of the most important collections of Italian paintings anywhere – plus an art book and a spa treatment.
